Starting the 10th March after being out on the beer two nights in a row, I needed to loose my belly! So now I am going on the Atkins diet and stop eating all carbs and only eat protin!
So far I am doing well! chicken every night is good, and with Nando around the corner it is working out pretty easy! I feel that I am eating better now and also feel great.
I have also started running every day betweek 2.5-3 miles depending on how I feel!
